1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the Wispy application (hereinafter — the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and Usage

  • You can use the Application without registration, but certain features may require an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activities on your account.
  • The Application is intended for personal non-commercial use. Circumventing subscription requirements or using the Application for illegal purposes is prohibited.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • The Application offers monthly or annual subscription with auto-renewal through the App Store.
  • Subscription provides access to additional features:
    • AI feedback and explanations.
    • AI-powered vocabulary training.
  • Without subscription, basic features remain available: dictionary and standard exercises without AI.
  • Payment is charged through your Apple ID and managed by Apple. You can cancel auto-renewal in App Store settings.
  • Refunds are only available in accordance with Apple App Store policy. We cannot manage refunds directly.
  • A free trial period is currently not provided.

4. Limitations and Liability

  • We strive to ensure availability and proper functioning of the service, but do not guarantee absolute absence of errors or uninterrupted operation.
  • Learning outcomes depend on your efforts and practice consistency. We do not guarantee a specific level of language proficiency.
  • The Application is provided "as is" without additional warranties.

5. Termination of Use

  • You can stop using the Application at any time by deleting it from your device or deleting your account.
  • We may restrict or suspend access in case of terms violation or attempted service abuse.

6. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (unless otherwise specified). All disputes are subject to resolution in the competent courts at the location of the application owner's registration.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect upon publication in the application or on the website.
